Hello,

My name is John Patton and due to a recent divorce and job change, I am moving to the buckhead/midtown location.

However, I need to sell my 5 bedroom/4 bath house in Towne Lake Hills' Golf and Tennis neighborhood in Woodstock, GA.

I am wondering if any of your developers, associates or sellers would be interested in working with me to exchange my home for a high rise condo. (one or two bedroom)

I have been a developer myself and I know that often the bank simply wants to see units sold and new owners enter, even if it means that the balance sheet doesn't change much.

Just thought I would ask.  Thanks so much.
